We complete a full LiDAR scan of your home to create a digital twin, which allows us to develop accurate space plans and an initial conceptual design direction. We also host a comprehensive Trades Day, where our trusted partners walk the home and provide detailed estimates. All of this information comes together in a complete pre-construction package, giving you a clear picture of the project and preparing us for permitting.
With your space plan and conceptual design approved, we refine the details and shift into full project execution. Our team sources and purchases all finish materials, awards the trade work, secures necessary permits, and builds a detailed project schedule. Once site preparation and demo begin, we oversee every aspect of construction—managing rough-ins, inspections, and drywall—while ensuring communication stays clear and consistent throughout the entire build.
This is the stage where your home truly begins to take shape.
