1. Discovery
Every project begins with a simple 15-minute phone call where we learn about your goals, the scope of work, your ideal timing, and your investment range. This helps us understand whether the project is the right fit for both sides. If we’re aligned, we move into a one-hour in-home consultation to walk the space together, explore possibilities, and outline next steps for your remodel.
2. Pre-Construction & Conceptual Design
During this phase, we begin translating your ideas into a clear and actionable plan. We complete a full LiDAR scan of your home to create a digital twin, which allows us to develop accurate space plans and an initial conceptual design direction. We also host a comprehensive Trades Day, where our trusted partners walk the home and provide detailed estimates. All of this information comes together in a complete pre-construction package, giving you a clear picture of the project and preparing us for permitting.
3. Design Selections, Construction & Project Management
With your space plan and conceptual design approved, we refine the details and shift into full project execution. Our team sources and purchases all finish materials, awards the trade work, secures necessary permits, and builds a detailed project schedule. Once site preparation and demo begin, we oversee every aspect of construction—managing rough-ins, inspections, and drywall—while ensuring communication stays clear and consistent throughout the entire build.
4. Finish Installation
This is the stage where your home truly begins to take shape. We install flooring, cabinetry, tile, lighting, hardware, paint, and all the layered design details that bring warmth, personality, and cohesion to your space. The vision you approved during design now comes to life with intention and craftsmanship.
5. Move-In
Once construction is complete and every detail has been checked, your home is ready for you to move back in. We walk the space together, review the final results, and ensure everything feels exactly as you imagined—beautiful, functional, and built for the way you live.
